The Healthy Oils–the Surprising Truth
Many people are confused about which oils are healthy and which are definitely best avoided. I find it so surprising that so many people still cook with and eat margarine and commercial cheap oils that are well marketed to the detriment of everyone’s health.
Mike Geary eats like I do. And his articles are so good I don’t see a reason to write my own on many topics. You will find one such article by clicking here.
Please read it now and make the changes that will keep you and your loved ones healthy and happy.
The top 55 fat-burning foods
I’ve been eating well and working out for 38 years. My habits are now mainstream. Not surprised.
I am also not surprised that the mentor I follow for exercise and nutrition eats like I do. In fact he wrote a great article sharing what foods he keeps on hand,
Hmm. I think he made a visit to my kitchen.
See how your kitchen stacks up and make the changes he recommends. I know you will be very gad you did. Oh yeah, if anyone tells you eating well and eating organic is expensive ask them about their medical bills. I raised my family without doctor bills and without anyone getting sick.

Health and Water: Most People Don’t Drink Enough Good Water
Water and health are intricately intertwined. You cannot experience optimal radiant health unless you drink enough good water daily
As a specialized kinesiologist I know the importance of water. In fact, in the very first session with clients I clear the energy blocks most people have to assimilating and using water.
The common advice is drink eight glasses of water daily and go to the bathroom every 1½ – 2 hours. That frequency makes sense if your body experiences water running right through it. However the amount varies by individuals. (More later.)
The fact is when you drink enough water that our body actually uses you need less and will make fewer bathroom visits.
Most people tell me they drink lots of water. They emphatically insist they drink enough every day.
Yet when I spend time with them I see how very little and how infrequently they drink plain water.
More importantly I witness health issues arise that I recognize as dehydration – that doctors call illness and prescribe drugs to treat those symptoms and false conditions.
No other liquid gets absorbed or utilized for a myriad of health issues the way water does. Your health, in fact your very life, depends on your cells taking in adequate water every day all day long.
Oh yes, you need water and minerals including salt – yes salt – that allow your body to absorb the water.
Without proper mineralization and without breaking down the sticky water molecule (that tend to clump in groups of 60) you cannot function at 100% or enjoy optimal radiant health.
How can you make certain you drink enough water every day?
Take your body weight. Divide that number by two. You need that many ounces daily. A person weighing 100 pounds needs to drink 50 ounces (6+ glassfuls) over the course of the day.
The best way to make sure you drink what your body needs is to measure out the entire amount. Put it in a bottle. Then pour your servings from that bottle all day long.
Once the bottle is empty you had enough. (Unless you had alcohol or caffeine – then you need more.)
You are an electromagnetic being. Without adequate hydration the messages that run your system will fail to transfer accurately eventually creating serious health issues.
Do You Need Discipline to Lose Weight?
Do you really need discipline, persistence and consistency to lose weight?
I recently read an article designed to sell a diet program. The author contends that you must stay on a diet for life to stay healthy. He also says you must adhere to your eating program 100% without deviating for even a second.
The message, pounded clearly into the reader, states that only discipline, persistence and power create weight loss.
Hmm. Did you ever hear the phrase, “What you resist persists?
How about, ” What you fear will come upon you.”
Forcing an issue will never resolve it. Focusing on it will keep you stuck in victimization.
The way to succeed at anything, including reaching and maintaining a healthy weight, is to let go of the fear, let go of the struggle and allow yourself to be okay with what is.
When you accept yourself as you are, when you appreciate your body and all it does for you as the vessel carrying your soul through this life experience, then your body will find its health including its healthy weight.
You likely heard about couples who tried everything to have a baby. They adopted a child then became pregnant.
Same principle works in gaining health.
Oh yes, you want to gain health not lose anything. What do you do when you lose something? You search until you find it. Think that is one reason people regain all they lose in diet programs?
Part of health is reaching and maintaining the optimal weight for your body.
One word about diets – if you feel deprived you stress yourself. Stress releases hormones that keep weight on. Enjoy what you eat. I mean savor its flavor and texture and the support it gives you physically and emotionally.
Then watch the pounds drop off.
Health Warning: Hazards of Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs
The newest green light bulbs may save money on light bulb life and cut your electric bill. But at what cost to your health and the health of the environment?
Each Compact Fluorescent Light Bulb (CFL) contains about 5 grams of mercury.
You know about the dangers of mercury, right?
You are careful about which fish you buy to eat to avoid mercury contaminated ones.
You replaced the amalgam fillings in your mouth to stop the mercury emissions from flooding your system causing neurological damage, schizophrenia-like symptoms, migraine headaches, brain cancer, and fibromyalgia pain, to name a few.
Mercury hides in your muscles and organs. Neither blood tests nor hair analysis can detect its presence. You may have mercury in many body parts without knowing it’s there.
Your pain, discomforts and overall malaise get attributed to a myriad of other causes. If so then you may be taking drugs to counter symptoms coming from mercury exposure.
So why in the world are governments banning the use of the safer incandescent bulbs in favor of this new outright dangerous CFL?
Talk about hiding your head in the sand.
How may years did it take for dentists to believe the mercury in the amalgam (silver) fillings adversely affected not only the health of their patients but their own as well?
Can’t help wondering if the suicide rate among dentists is so high because of prolonged exposure to mercury fumes.
Here were in a society that puts the holy dollar ahead of health and wellness.
Do your realize when a CFL breaks you find yourself dealing with a hazardous material? You cannot simply vacuum it up or sweep it up and throw it in the garbage. After the secure clean up you must air out the room for hours!
Hours! Do you grasp the danger here?
You cannot throw those bulbs any place but a special recycle center that is equipped to handle that poisonous heavy metal.
Why allow money and politicians who thirst after it to compromise not just your life and the lives of your family but the environment as well?

Healthy People Know You Can Get Too Much of a Good Thing
Many people mistakenly believe that if a little bit of something improves their lives in some manner then more of that same thing will make their lives even better!
Not necessarily so! You can definitely get too much of a good thing.
For instance, your body needs lots of water every day to keep your neurological messaging system operating full out AND accurately.
However, if you drink more water than is optimal for your body (details to follow) you will wash out the electrolytes you need to live and function.
Everyone knows your body needs protein, carbohydrates and fat to live in radiant health. How much do you need of each? Those exact numbers may differ greatly from one so-called expert to the next.
Surprisingly, too much protein, unmatched by proportionately many carbs and fat will cause you to gain weight. Same holds true for too much carbs or too much fat.
You need just enough of each AND you do not need more than what balances your well being
For many people who eat a few favorite foods every day they become allergic to that food from eating it so often.
When some people hurt they take painkillers. They may start out with the recommended dose.
Unfortunately following the notion that if a little but works well then more will work better many people overdose themselves on both over-the-counter and on prescription drugs.
Overdosing something as seemingly common and innocent as ibuprophen products can lead to death very quickly.
Same holds true for sleep.
Some experts insist that adults need eight hours of sleep each night for optimal health and functioning. Some research reveals that people only need four hours of sleep.
Often, people who sleep more than they need to find a decrease in their energy levels and lower level of functioning all day long. They may find themselves slowing down and slipping into a depressed state.
Pay attention to times when you live by the thought that if a little helps then a lot helps more. You just may save your life.
Psychotherapy and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Eliminate Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) completely in 57 minutes or less. Psychotherapy cannot do it but specialized kinesiology can
Working both as a psychotherapist with clients and as someone who dealt with and instantly healed from PTSD I know the facts of what does and does not work.
While working as a psychotherapist in crisis care one of our dangerous clients cornered and attacked me leaving disabled with a brain injury. Physical issues aside, that traumatic event left me unable to close my eyes and sleep for any period of time. My dreams focused on dead bodies or attacks about to happen (thankfully awakening me in time to spare that terror).
Passing through any area where I had chauffeured clients caused a panicky feeling inside.
Seeing people who resembled the attacker or signs of someone acting in any way as that person did before the violence shot terror through my being – both for my own safety and the safety of all nearby.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) entails reliving a major painful scary event. And I do mean re-living it. Since the brain cannot distinguish between what is real from what we imagine, every time we retrieve a memory our body and mind repeat the experience full out!
Ouch!
The psychiatrist put me on medication after medication to calm me so I could get the sleep I needed to heal my brain. However my body immediately reacted in a negative manner to every drug.
I could not take drugs to combat the PTSD. So what did I do to heal?
The Universe introduced me to energy work. After all, we are energy beings. While that notion was new to me at the time I was desperate for help.
In 12 minutes, using an energy technique to clear the emotional blocks created by the attack, I was free. I still remembered all the details of the event. I no longer felt any pain or other emotion connected with the attack.
The psychiatrist and psychotherapist told me it was impossible to heal from PTSD so fast.
Yeah. Right. Fourteen years later I still feel no fear or pain, nothing residual and definitely no PTSD.
I leaped into the study of energy and psychology. For the past twelve years I assisted hundreds of people in eliminating emotional issues. In addition they cleared blocks they did not know about that led to physical maladies and injuries.
And we did it all instantly and deeply, removing trauma they had long ago buried deep inside out of their awareness.

Health and Diet: What Makes a Diet Healthy?
A friend was telling me about his healthy diet. Not surprisingly many others who misunderstand food share his notion of healthy eating. The SAD (Standard American Diet) fact is many people make the effort to help themselves and create healthier life styles only to wind up sickly and, often, overweight.
Some years ago the medical community decided that fat is a bad thing. Suddenly the food industry responded with fat-free foods. Butter-free products blossomed into a huge industry. Baked products boasted about their fat-free ingredients – pretty much every major SAD company jumped on the bandwagon.
Enter the age of hormonal imbalances. Your body needs fat to burn fat. Your body needs fat to assimilate and use fat-soluble vitamins. Your body needs fat to insulate your body and feed your brain!
Yet the misinformation did not top there.
People afraid of fat stopped eating meat.
Think about it. How did your ancestors run across the plains and build strong bodies that established our civilization? They ate meat!
Today many people turn to vegetarian diets only to see their health decline – sharply. Not every body is designed to thrive on a vegetarian diet.
Most people need some meat to create and maintain health. Note that I am talking about free range animals, raised humanely without antibiotics or hormones.
For many, clear thinking follows a meal of beef. Okay you don’t need to eat 8 ounces or more at a sitting. Your body probably handles only 3-4 ounces at a time. The rest stresses your elimination organs.
The issue with eating well, in the eyes of many, means eliminating meat, animal fat, and dairy and favoring grains such as bread, cereal and pasta.
Ah ha! Grains spark the pancreas to release the insulin that often leads to diabetes.
Look at what most obese people eat on a regular basis – pasta and bread (made from chemical refined flours) – lots of both.
Do you see why the United States population leads the world in obesity? Dubious distinction!
Psychotherapy: Will It Benefit You?
Will psychotherapy benefit you? Do you find yourself stuck and unable to move forward in at least one area of your life?
Are you ready to do whatever it takes to make the life change that will propel you forward on your life path to live life as it’s meant to be?
No psychotherapist can resolve your issues. No other person can give you your answers.
No amount of talking about your problems will ever get you beyond being stuck. Such an approach is simply not effective.
No one can assist you in doing anything in your life unless and until you are ready to accomplish your stated goal.
You can talk yourself blue in the face about how much you want to change. You can state affirmations all day long and make vision board after vision board.
Nothing will change for you until you decide to change. Then change happens instantly.
You read that right.
Change happens instantly.
You do not work at change. You do not think about change. You just take the step and do it!
So do you need a psychotherapist to tell you when you are ready to take the action you never did before?
Think about it.
Why have you failed to take the actions you know will lead to a different way of being in the world?
You run programs in your subconscious mind that prevent you from taking steps you need to take. Those programs define your self-image and limit what you believe yourself capable of doing.
Your self-image determines who you are and what you can do.
Can talking about your perceived problems change your self-image?
Can talking about what is in your awareness change programs running outside of your awareness?
